Our high profile Employment & Industrial practice is recognised as a market leader and has represented trade unions and individuals in landmark cases. The practice area is experiencing growth, and we’re also supporting a period of parental leave within the team. As a result, we’re looking for a committed legal professional to join us. We welcome applications from Lawyers, Associates and Senior Associates, and will appoint at the level that best reflects your experience and capability.

If you have strong employment law experience, thrive in a fast‑paced and high‑volume practice, and want to help people stand up for their rights at work, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

You’ll work across a diverse and impactful range of litigated and non-litigated matters including unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination, underpayment claims, workplace investigations, and industrial disputes. This is a busy, dynamic practice area where your ability to manage time, record accurately, and progress matters efficiently will be highly valued.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in employment, industrial relations or litigation
• Excellent time‑recording discipline and the ability to manage a busy file load
• Strong analytical, advocacy and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A client‑centred, empathetic and solutions‑focused approach
• Initiative, sound judgment and a commitment to continuous learning
